Joel Mixa
Joel Mixa who has been practicing real estate, business and estate law since 2004, is admitted to the bar in both Ontario and Illinois, USA. His background and years of experience provides him with the knowledge and ability to advise clients on matters ranging from a single residential transaction to large commercial real estate and corporate transactions.
Joel prides himself on providing clients with clear, "plain-English" explanations of the legal issues involved in their transactions, and sensible advice based on his experience so as to make the transaction process as smooth as possible.
Nathan Sapelak
Nathan Sapelak was admitted to the Ontario Bar in 2018 after completing his articling at MIXA Law and working under Robert Aaron. Prior to that, Nathan ran a successful real estate rental business with an emphasis on residential and commercial transactions.
Nathan prides himself on timely and effective communication with clients to achieve peace of mind during what will be, for many people, the largest purchase of their lives. Nathan enjoys the complexity of commercial and business transactions and focuses on developing the commercial and corporate side of the practice.
